Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention
GBS is proud to offer EIBI in both the home and clinic settings.
For children ages 0–5 diagnosed with autism, who need more than general, one-size-fits-all services.
Graham Behavior Services provides clinic-based and in-home EIBI programs built on immediate access, full-day 1:1 therapy, and highly trained staff to help your child reach their fullest potential.

In-Home EIBI Services
Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) services are rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a research-backed methodology proven effective in addressing autism symptoms. Research shows that early intervention significantly improves long-term outcomes for children.
In the home setting, our team works directly with your child in their natural environment. We provide personalized programming that aligns with your child’s daily routines, helping them build essential skills such as communication, play, peer interactions, and self-help. At the same time, we address maladaptive behaviors like hitting, throwing toys, and difficulty following directions. By integrating learning into everyday experiences, we make skill-building practical, meaningful, and tailored to your child’s individual needs.
About In-Home EIBI:
Delivered in your child’s natural environment (home, familiar surroundings), our in-home EIBI helps generalize important skills across daily routines.
Same level of clinical oversight: your child engages in 1:1 sessions with a Behavior Technician, with regular supervision and collaboration with a BCBA.
Flexible scheduling designed around your family’s needs, while maintaining an intensive, structured approach.
Insurance accepted (Medicaid + private out-of-network), so families can access this service without long delays.
Clinic-Based EIBI Services
At our West Long Branch clinic, we provide a supportive, play-based environment designed to foster learning and growth. Our highly skilled team helps clients develop new skills through engaging activities and games tailored to their individual interests. Our program focuses on helping students develop essential skills such as communication, play, peer interactions, and self-help, all through the power of play.
We take pride in designing personalized programs that cater to the unique needs of each learner and their family. Every student receives an individualized plan tailored to their strengths and challenges. Guided by our mission to teach with joy, we strive to create an environment where learning is engaging, effective, and meaningful.
Coming early 2026, this same play-based Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) model will also be available at our Forked River clinic, expanding access for families throughout Ocean County.

Why do parents choose our EIBI program over state-funded or free district services?

True 1:1, Flexible Support
Every child in our EIBI program receives 100% one-on-one therapy throughout the day, whether working individually or in group-like settings.
Our Behavior Technicians are highly trained and receive 1:1 direct supervision from a BCBA, directly with your child, and a minimum of 3 hours per week outside of session times.

Real-World School Prep
We incorporate structured group time through morning meetings, lunch, recess, and arts & crafts, building school-readiness skills naturally and consistently.
These experiences bridge the gap between therapy and real life, helping children feel ready for preschool, kindergarten, and beyond.

High-Level Staff
Behavior Technicians are highly trained and receive direct supervision from BCBAs, including regular planning and observation outside of sessions.
Each child works with the same BT + BCBA team. No rotating personnel, no confusion, building trust and stability.

Faster Access + No Waitlist
Unlike many public programs with long wait times, Graham Behavior Services prioritizes immediate access.
Since Early Intervention is most effective in the first few years; delays can make goals harder to achieve.

Measurable Progress
We offer a comprehensive program that utilizes ABA throughout the day, using child-led motivation to teach new skills.
With high-quality intervention, research shows better language, cognitive outcomes, fewer behavioral challenges, and smoother transitions into education settings.

The Hidden Costs of “Free”
Public or free programs can have hidden trade-offs: large caseloads, group-based instruction, limited clinical oversight, inconsistent implementation.
Investing in EIBI with Graham Behavior Services means choosing a program designed to reduce long-term cost (therapeutic, educational, emotional) for children and families.
