From undiagnosed behavior challenges to autism, we believe every individual’s needs are different and deserve the utmost care. Our team of qualified professionals practices evidence-based therapy because research shows it produces positive results.
Graham Behavior Services is privately owned by Cara Graham and her husband. As a BCBA owned and operated business GBS prioritizes client progress and staff satisfaction over profits or expansion. Our value lies in providing the best service we can and maintaining happy team members.
We also know that every individual has a unique experience, and other things come into play like personalities, therapy location (we serve individuals in their homes, schools, job placements, etc.), and goals. Our clients are never plugged into a preset formula. Instead, we individualize strategies to create the absolute best outcome for your loved one and for your family.

Our priority is to provide care to individuals and their families, so we are committed to fulfilling our role as clinicians (or the clinical support team) in a clear and ethical manner.
As trained ABA therapists, we know that consistency, in all aspects of care, is essential to producing positive, lasting results. We offer individuals, their families, fellow medical professionals, and the community at large, a team that they can depend on for a familiar face, high standards of care, continual support, and updated education.
Our company was founded in response to a lack of quality therapy within the community, so offering the highest standard in comprehensive, evidence-based care will always be a priority. That’s why we require extensive ABA training and/or related graduate degrees for our therapists, provide a healthy, supportive work environment to maintain an exceptional team, and instill a 24-hour or less response time to all inquiries.
We know that no two clients are alike, so our team specializes in conducting a thorough analysis first, in order to determine the best, customized course of proactive care. Our therapists work with each family to develop individualized training and behavior supports in the home, school, and community.
