Jessica is a Marketing Coordinator with more than 5 years of experience in digital marketing, currently leading content and campaign work for Graham Behavior Services. She specializes in web content strategy, SEO, and building out digital experiences that make it easier for families to find the support they need. Jessica also holds a UX/UI certification, which she applies to designing clear, user-friendly pages and layouts across Graham’s websites. Before moving into marketing, Jessica spent nearly 18 years in the restaurant industry, where she built strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills that continue to shape how she approaches her work today. She brings that same attention to detail and steady, people-first mindset to every project. Jessica is thrilled to bring her creative energy to Graham Behavior Services and contribute to a team committed to making a positive impact. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, Broadway musicals, and concerts, along with spending time with friends and family.
