This eligibility requirement applies to website use and account creation only. Graham Behavior Services provides clinical services to clients of all ages, including infants, children, and adults. Nothing in this section limits or restricts who may receive services from Graham Behavior Services; it governs only who may create an account or complete a transaction on this website.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Certain features of the Service, including purchasing and accessing digital workshops, require creating an Account.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account that violates these Terms.
6. Digital Workshops and Purchases
The Service allows you to purchase and access digital workshops. All workshop content is delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped.
Payments for digital workshops are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Graham Behavior Services does not store your full payment card details.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, digital workshop purchases are non-refundable once access to the content has been granted, except where required by law.
Separately, our live webinars, trainings, and other Events (including CEU-eligible offerings) are governed by our Event Terms and Conditions, which address registration, CEUs, fees, cancellations, and refunds for those Events specifically.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its Content, including workshops, text, graphics, logos, and other materials (excluding content you submit), are the property of Graham Behavior Services and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Workshop content and other materials purchased or accessed through the Service are for your personal or professional use only. They may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, resold, or publicly posted without our prior written permission.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
8. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Graham Behavior Services. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graham Behavior Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us through the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim, or $100 if you have not made a purchase.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
