Jillian Paradise

Jillian Paradise is a Behavior Therapist who began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) after graduating from Monmouth University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Originally from upstate New York, she gained experience in special education classrooms, daycare settings, family care and alongside school-based Child Study Teams, where she developed a strong appreciation for supporting children and families across a variety of settings. Jill enjoys helping both children and adults learn new skills, build confidence, and celebrate meaningful accomplishments along the way. She is dedicated to creating a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment where every individual feels empowered to grow and succeed. Jill recently earned her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and is excited to continue learning and growing within the field!
