About Heather:
Heather is a former behavior technician who found her home in healthcare administration beginning in 2019. She is passionate about access to services for vulnerable populations and works closely with providers and insurance companies to ensure that billing is never a barrier to care. Heather holds a Master’s in Public Administration and is an AAPC Certified Professional Biller. Originally from Atlanta, she now lives in Hampton Roads, Virginia, where she enjoys the beach, running, and spending time with her family.
