Missy earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Counseling from Liberty University. She began her career at the Friendship Crisis Center, where she focused on intake, parent training, and anger management training. Missy then transitioned to working for School District Special Services, providing consultation and collaborating with out-of-district placement teams to support families and students. She earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Cairn University. Missy is dedicated to compassionate care, prioritizing the ACT/AIM principles in training behavior technicians and in her work with families and clients in the field. In her free time, Missy enjoys volunteering, the beach, long walks, gardening vegetables, swimming, and spending time with her family and friends.
