Missy earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Counseling from Liberty University. She began her career at the Friendship Crisis Center, where she focused on intake, parent training, and anger management training. Missy then transitioned to working for School District Special Services, providing consultation and collaborating with out-of-district placement teams to support families and students. She earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Cairn University.
