Event Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Event Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all webinars, trainings, and other events (“Events”) organized or hosted by Graham Behavior Services. By registering for an Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Registration and Attendance

  • Registration is required for each Event and must be completed using the designated registration form or platform.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

  • Your registration entitles you to attend the Event (live and, if offered, access to any recordings or materials) as described in the Event information.

3. CEUs and Professional Credits

  • Details about CEU availability, type of credit, and fees (if any) will be provided in the Event description.

  • Earning CEUs may be contingent on meeting specified requirements (such as full attendance, participation, completion of post-event quizzes, or submission of evaluations).

  • Graham Behavior Services reserves the right to verify attendance, deny CEU credits if requirements are not met, and correct any errors in the issuance of certificates.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

  • Some Events or CEU options may require payment of a fee. The applicable fees will be clearly stated during registration.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe). Graham Behavior Services does not store your full payment card details.

  • Unless otherwise stated, Event fees and CEU fees are non‑refundable once registration is completed, except where required by law or as expressly communicated in the Event description.

  • Graham Behavior Services reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify registrants of material changes, including the option to cancel if necessary.

5. Event Changes, Cancellation, and Substitution

  • Graham Behavior Services may modify the Event format, content, speakers, date, or time as needed, for example due to presenter illness, technical issues, or low enrollment.

  • If an Event is cancelled in full, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants using the contact information provided at registration.

  • In the case of cancellation or significant changes, we may offer an alternative date, credit toward a future Event, or, where applicable, a refund in line with the stated refund policy.

6. Technology, Access, and Recording

  • Many Events are delivered online (for example, via Zoom or other platforms). You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access, hardware, and software to participate.

  • Graham Behavior Services is not responsible for technical problems on your side (such as poor internet connection, firewall issues, or device limitations) that prevent you from attending or fully participating.

  • Events may be recorded for educational, quality, or promotional purposes. By participating, you acknowledge that your name, image, and/or participation may be captured in the recording, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property

  • All Event content, including slides, handouts, recordings, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

  • Event materials are provided for your personal, professional development use only and may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission from Graham Behavior Services and/or the presenter.

8. Professional and Ethical Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally toward presenters, staff, and other attendees at all times.

  • Graham Behavior Services reserves the right to remove any participant from an Event (live or online) whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these Terms. No refund is owed in such cases.

9. Data Protection and Communications

  • We collect and process registration information to manage your participation in the Event, issue CEUs or certificates if applicable, and communicate important Event-related updates.

  • Additional marketing or informational emails about other services, resources, or Events will only be sent in line with your communication preferences and applicable laws. You may update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.

  • For more information on how we handle your personal data, please review the Graham Behavior Services Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Event content is provided for educational and informational purposes and is not intended as legal, medical, or individualized clinical advice. You remain responsible for applying information within the scope of your professional competence and relevant laws, regulations, and ethical codes.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graham Behavior Services and its presenters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your participation in an Event. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount of fees actually paid by you for the Event in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with Event participation will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey (without regard to conflict-of-law principles), unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Graham Behavior Services may update these Event Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your registration will apply to that Event. Updated Terms will be posted on our website
