Clinical Supervisor (Clinic or Field)
Clinical Supervisor
- Conduct behavior analytic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Provide clinical oversight, training, and supervision for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBT candidates
- Analyze data to guide clinical decisions and monitor client progress
- Coordinate care with families, schools, and other service providers
- Deliver parent and caregiver training on ABA strategies and support
- Support staff development through observation, feedback, and the positive feedback model
- Maintain clinical documentation, ethical standards, and compliance with all regulations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (ABA-accredited program preferred)
- Active BCBA certification and NJ licensure in good standing
- Minimum five years of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical background in behavioral, language, and skill-based assessments
- Experience supervising staff and managing caseloads
- Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client and provider locations

Full-Time Billing Coordinator
The billing coordinator will be detail-oriented and highly organized to support the post-submission billing process for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role focuses on claim follow-up, denials management, and appeals. The ideal candidate has strong out-of-network billing and coding experience, excellent follow-through, and the ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage post-submission ABA billing activities, including claim follow-up and payment resolution
- Review submitted claims for accuracy and identify issues requiring correction
- Investigate and resolve insurance denials, including filing appeals and submitting corrected claims
- Work extensively with New Jersey Medicaid and commercial payers
- Track claim status and ensure consistent follow-up until resolution
- Post payments to appropriate invoices, statements, and client accounts
- Maintain accurate documentation in EHR and billing systems
- Ensure deadlines are met and proactively follow up on outstanding claims
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payer issues
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in out-of-network billing
- Strong experience with:
- Denials management and appeals
- Corrected claims submission
- Solid knowledge of Medicaid billing requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Strategic Partnerships Coordinator

Join a growing ABA organization where you’ll build relationships, sharpen your marketing skills, and directly support the growth of our services across New Jersey.
We’re looking for someone outgoing, organized, and sales-minded to connect with schools, medical offices, and community organizations, both by phone and in person, introducing our services and developing new referral relationships throughout New Jersey.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach to schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Represent Graham Behavior Services in person at community events, conferences, and resource fairs across New Jersey
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and outreach opportunities
- Track outreach activity and follow up to grow new opportunities
- Support marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator, comfortable with phone and in-person outreach
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
- Must be based in or able to travel throughout New Jersey for events and meetings
- ABA experience highly preferred
